Once the creative process starts your session begins. We offer a comfortable, creative environment and ensure that all sessions are closed to the public.
- OUR WEBSITE SERVICE INCLUDES DOMAIN REGISTRATION & DESIGN ONLY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MONTHLY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CREATION OF YOUR WEBSITE.
You will receive a copy of your music via email or storage drive upon the completion of your session. Although your files are saved for up to 180 days, The Sound Gallery is not responsible for any lost data. we recommend that artists bring an external hard drive to back up their files.
To Book a Session there is A 1 Hour minimum.
All Cancellations must be made within 24 hrs of your scheduled time.
Mixing is included in our hourly rate. Please contact us if you wish to have a song mastered or enhanced.
- WHEN BOOKING A SESSION OF 10 OR MORE HOURS YOUR REQUESTED DATE WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL 50% DEPOSIT IS MADE. THIS DEPOSIT IN NON REFUNDABLE. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR DEPOSIT. THIS CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 90 DAYS.
- THE SOUND GALLERY IS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
The Client assumes all risks associated with storing, on or off the premises of The Sound Gallery, LLC, as well as the use of any and all sound recordings or digital data in any storage format. The Sound Gallery, LLC. shall be held harmless for any and all damage that might occur to any stored medium for any reason. In any event, The Sound Gallery, LLC. liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of an unrecorded tape of comparable value. The Sound Gallery, LLC. "downtime" of any and all studio sessions as a result from equipment malfunction or availability, personnel, hired musicians, acts of God, nature or public utility outages, ect..
